About Laura

 

As Chief Operations Officer (COO), Laura serves as a key member of the senior executive team in the structuring, development, and ongoing strategic management of Casoro Group, a multifamily real estate investment firm that has acquired, managed and repositioned more than $1 billion in properties.

Laura provides the strategic vision necessary for the company to execute the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems to ensure the growth, financial strength, and operating efficiency of the company. She also oversees the asset management division and ensures policy and procedural compliance in all investment related activities.

With more than 20 years of multifamily experience, Laura is an expert in asset and revenue management in both new development and acquisitions. Prior to joining Casoro Group, Laura worked with several real estate development/acquisition companies, including CWS Apartment Homes, JPI, and Trammell Crow Residential. ​
