Team: Ash Thakore

Ash Thakore serves as Casoro Group’s Vice President of Asset Management. Ash is responsible for directing strategic initiatives and implementing best practices to optimize financial and operational performance of portfolio properties within Casoro Group’s management platform.

Prior to joining Casoro, Ash served as Vice President of Asset Management for The Morgan Group, overseeing a portfolio of 13 multifamily assets covering a multitude of investment strategies.  Before joining Morgan, Ash gained extensive experience working with varying multifamily asset classes on a national scale while serving in Asset Management and Acquisitions related roles at Venterra Realty and Nitya Capital, LLC. Outside of the multifamily sector, Ash honed his real estate and financial skills while spending time as Vice President of Investor Relations and Asset Management at Williamsburg Enterprises and as a Senior Analyst in BBVA Compass’ Middle Market Investment Banking team.

Ash graduated from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014. Additionally, Ash holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Psychology from Richmond, the American International University in London.
