In an industry where only 4% are Black, 3% are minorities in senior positions, 53 percent of all people are female (as of 2019), yet only 17 percent of women hold management-level positions or higher, Casoro Group is breaking the status quo. Not only is Casoro 100% minority-owned, but out of our entire team:
